They went out of their way to assist Carol & I in finding the specific vehicle that we wanted. I can't say enough about Joey & Kevin, great people. Their integrity is second to none. I was shopping for a Dodge Challenger this past spring. Initially I was looking for a used SRT 392 because I didn't want to spend over $50,000 for a car. Artioli Dodge had a used car I was interested in and I was planning to buy it. But they also had a Plum Crazy left over 2018 that was new that really caught my eye. But they came back to me with some unreasonable numbers on the financing so I looked elsewhere and almost bought a used Hellcat but that deal feel through. So I went back to Artioli Dodge to talk to them about the Plum Crazy SRT. We worked out a deal and I gave them a $300 deposit that I was told was refundable. The next day I learned that Dodge was offering the widebody package on the 2019 Challengers. Another dealer 30 miles away had one on the showroom floor and I fell in love with the car when I first laid eyes on it. So I bought that car and in the end it was a much better deal. The widebody was Octane Red, fully optioned and had a sticker of $56,500. The car was offered to me for $54,000 (just a few thousand more than the 2018 SRT), and I was offered $2,000 more on trade-in allowance for my 2016 Mustang GT with very low miles. So the deal on the 2019 Widebody was a net +$4,500 in my wallet over the deal on the 2018 Plum Crazy SRT. I felt bad for backing out of the deal with Artioli but in the end another dealer offered me a far better deal on what, for me, was a much better car. I'm giving three stars because Artioli Dodge kept my deposit despite telling me it was refundable. But I did like my experience there otherwise, even though I felt they didn't offer me the best deal they could have. The folks were friendly and engaging. I was offered and took a test drive. But at the end of the day it all comes down to money, sadly. My advise to everyone is carefully research the cars you are interested in before going to Artioli Dodge or any other dealership. Knowledge is power and it may help to save you from wasting your time or the time of a dealer. I made four trips to Enfied, which is about a 75 minute drive one way. That is a lot of my time...and gas. Had I known about the 2019 Widebody package before I started shopping for cars it may have spared us all some time.UPDATE: Someone from the dealer reached out to me. A refund of my deposit was processed and it posted back to my credit card today. I have revised my rating and this review accordingly.

Just bought a new truck from Artioli, great experience - nobody around had what I wanted, so they factory ordered one for me and made it happen. Very easy folks to deal with, and in a convenient location.
Very great service and they will work with you to get you the best deal on the car of your dreams! They offer a great extended warranty with great coverage on your vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to shop with Artioli!

This is the place to buy and service a new or used vehicle. Two years ago I purchased a used ram 1500 with 51 K. The sales experience with Jesse was excellent. I have used the service department for all of my trucks maintenance, recalls, and warranty repairs. Recently I was in for and oil change and rear break job when the tech noticed a ticking sound possibly indicating broken bolts in the manifold gaskets. I had just rolled past 100,000 miles. Technically the warranty had expired. My service advisor Jim Knoob suggested I call Chrysler Customer service, and they immediately worked with the dealership to diagnose and repair the problem at no charge to me. Jim kept me informed throughout the process, and was outstanding to work with. This quality and level of service after the sale is why Artioli is the best dealership around. Excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned SUV from Artioli We saw the car online and contacted Rick, the internet sales manager, who was extremely helpful and responded to all of our questions promptly and honestly. We drove approximately 3 hours to the dealership and were supposed to meet Rick at 8:30 a.m. We arrived early and Rick was waiting for us. George then took over and went with us for a test drive of the car. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and was very pleasant to work with as well. All in all, we had a great experience at Artioli and left with the car we came for which was in excellent condition and at a very fair price.
